Is it safe for her?

Yes. The pouch carries her whole body weight against your chest, so nothing pulls on her neck or legs. The top zip is hers to push open — she's never shut in.

How big can she be?

Up to 20 lb / 9 kg. That covers most adult cats, all kittens, and small dogs like Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Pomeranians and Dachshunds.

How does she get in?

Through the zip across the top of the pouch. The round opening at the front is her window, not her entrance — she settles in from above and her head comes through the front.

What size should I order?

It's cut roomy so the pouch has slack. Check the chest measurement on the size chart against a hoodie you already own, and size down if you want it fitted.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang dry. Skip the dryer — heat flattens the fleece.

When will it arrive?

7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I return it?

Within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached, for a refund or exchange.
